Some Sexy Naughty Bitchy Tales of 2008

http://lh6.ggpht.com/callravi/Ro_6ZrsMq-I/AAAAAAAACJI/b5YhE62oCr8/priyanka.jpg
They came we saw we groaned. Over-kill was the order of the year.

Everyone wanted a slice of the action. Broken marriages vied with steady relationships for top attention, Rakhi Sawant and Rakhi Vijeyan went from Big Boss to Big Bytes without skipping a beat. And their hijinks kept us from succumbing to our depression in a year of recession and worse. A close look at the top newsmakers of 2008

Priyanka Chopra: By far the most successful leading lady of 2008, Priyanka's smouldering performance in Fashion followed by the impish diva's act in Dostana left the competition bewildered. By year -end everyone wanted to know what Priyanka had done to herself. How about hard work?

Amitabh Bachchan: He suffered fools and politicians, he blogged. He survived another bout of illness and attacks from political outfits that claimed he didn't belong to Mumbai.

By the end of the year everyone wondered whom Mumbai belonged to! AB survived all the attacks, God and man-made. From Sarkar Raj to Raj Thackeray, he braved them all. And found time to write blog entries almost every single day. Time management to koi insey sikhe.

A R Rahman: In an era when music has been reduced to a series of programmed noises A R Rahman brought us four full-blooded melodious scores.

And what range! From the period passion of Jodhaa-Akbar to the peppy new-age hip-'hope' of Jaane Tu ….Ya Jaane Na…to the melodious balladry of Yuvraaj (Tu muskura was the best melody of the year) and finally the triumph that was Slumdog Millionaire, Rahman showed us what separated a true composer from the band-baaja wallahs of la-la land

Kareena-Saif: From the tattoo on the arm to tattu (pony) on the Alps… everything that this golden couple did in 2008 made news.

From their open confessions of mutual affections to separately-expressed agony over 26/11….even Pataudi-Sharmila didn't get so much attention. But then they didn't live in the era of tattoos, love bites and sound bytes

Avika Gore: The 11-year old small-screen queen from Balika Vadhu left all the sobbing television actresses from the Saas-Bahu sagas panting for attention. Little Avika Gore played on every middleclass individual's favourite fantasy, Mothering a child forced to grow up by circumstances. Kyunki child bhi kabhi bahu thi.

Raja Chowdhary: From Bigg Boss to Big Bully …this part-time television actor and full-time controvery ka Raja, this guy needs to be put on a leash. He represents all the pitfalls of paparazzi journalism where anyone who drops his pants in public is news worthy.

John Abraham: Dear John dropped his pants and a lot more. And boy, did he make news! To John goes the credit for getting beefcake out of the closet. Many felt John went a little too far in flaunting his physique.

But you've to hand it to the guy. He sure knows how to market his assets. In Dostana Abhishek was chosen for the acting. John was the body. He gave it all he had. And more

Aamir Khan: Standing…..er, tall next to his 6-foot nephew, or promoting his own film Ghajini at the end of the year in a hairstyle that defied gravity Aamir sure knows how to pull the plugs…and sock it. He even launched a scheme to monitor and screen mediapersons before giving them interviews. Blessed are those who got chosen.

Javed Akhtar: He recited his poem on the relevance of independence on Jan 26 in Delhi. Then he returned to Mumbai and wrote some of the trendiest songs for his son in Rock On. At 60 Javed Akhtar's pen rocks.

Rahul Mahajan: His fast-talking closet-politician's act on Bigg Boss had the nation in splits. What was the guy up to? What was he all about? Whom was he wooing, Payal or Monica? Maybe both, or none?

Maybe Rahul loved only one. Himself! Who knows! A whole soap opera could be scripted on Master Mahajan's machinations and antics inside Bigg Boss. Yup. He put the pep back into our television.

Akshay Kumar: He raked in the moolah in Singh Is Kinng in a turban, modelled for a denim jeans shirtless, dubbed for a Korean animation film without too much effort championed the cause of the underdog at the Olympics for special athletes and kept instructing key media persons what to write about him, and how.

The interviews didn't sound anything like Akshay. Yup, it was full-on re-invention time for King Khiladi.

Preity Zinta: From playing the Punjabi kudi in Heroes to breathing life into the battered wife's tortured soul in Heaven On Earth…. From helming the IPL matches to accompanying the Bachchans on their Unforgettable tour, Preity was this yaer the hawa ka jhonka here there and everywhere.

Shah Rukh Khan-Aditya Chopra: Solo, SRK made news throughout the year even when he had no releases. Things he said, didn't say. Places he went to, didn't go…any which way SRK made news.

At year-end he finally showed up on screen, teaming up with Aditya Chopra after 8 years for a film that has broken all the rules, Yes, only Rab could've made the SRK-Adi jodi.

10 Hottest Bikini Babes of 2008

http://indiancelebs.co.in/wp-content/kareena-kapoor.JPG
Kareena Kapoor in Tashan

It's the time to crown the Numero Uno,
Friends, put your hands together for the Size-Zeroed and Tashan-able Kareena Kapoor (as if you didn't know!)

Let's confess that we did become a victim of 'skin-tillating' Kareena Kapoor, who, not just justified, but also glorified the art of flaunting a bikini in the much-publicized film Tashan.

It was indeed sad to see the film fall down with a thud, with the same velocity it was hyped to the skies!

Needless to say that, Kareena rocked in many ways than one, including her Size Zero act and the 'eye-candylicious' swimsuit do! You really rocked the scene, Bebo!

Priyanka Chopra in Dostana
Whenever she goes out to shop, everybody shout 'Me Too Me Too"
We are indeed talking about the 'Friendly' Priyanka Chopra who's at 2!

For those who went to see Dostana to check out the double whammy jodi of the happy and gay couple of John-Abhishek...were actually in for a double whammy of the 'other kind'.

It was in the form of the swimsuit act by Dostana's leading lady Priyanka Chopra! The actress flaunted her toned body like never before. And surely made everyone stand up and take notice of her 'Golden Swimwear'.

Mugdha Godse in Fashion
They say 'Nothing in the world is free',
We say, 'Who cares! As far as we get even a glimpse of the Fashion-able Mugdha at 3!

It's not that everyday that you get to become the 'show-stopper' of your debut film itself!

But Bollywood's latest sweetheart Mugdha Godse, dared to defy this saying with her true-to-thou bikini act in the smash hit film Fashion, directed by none other than Mr. 'Reality' himself: Madhur Bhandarkar!

Bollywood heroines generally have huge inhibitions to shed their clothes in their debut film, but Mugdha not just dared to be different, but also, gave a true-to-life performance in Fashion. Proof of which can be seen in the swimsuit round that got prime rotation amongst the prime channels!

Minissha Lamba in Kidnap
We are sure that, a mere glance at her and your dil will maange more,
For she's Minissha Lamba...Kidnap-ing your eyeballs at 4!

They say that big surprises come in small packages. If we had it our way, then, we would have surely rephrased the same as 'Big surprise comes in Mini (ssha) packages', courtesy her jaw-drooping and jaw-dropping swimsuit act in the much-publicized film Kidnap.

The film just did not live up to what was expected of it, but it did make everyone take notice of Minissha's dare-bare bit!

Her emerging out of the ice-cold water in her hot white bikini was quite a steamy combination! Way to go, Minissha!

Shilpa Shetty in Dostana
Humans lose their way home; the way bees lose the way to their hive
When they look at the Bouncing Shilpa Shetty, who is at 5!

Since the time she made her debut in the smash hit Baazigar, this 'Miss Long Legs' has been in the news for some reason or the other.

Lately, it's been her 'Big Brother' episode, her 'power-packed' yoga DVDs or her scintillating swimwear show in Dostana-the massive hit of 2008, with which this girl has surely 'bounced' her way to the top!

Even though Miss Shetty was seen in a special appearance in Dostana in the 'Shut Up And Bounce' track, her presence doubled up as a neatly packaged present to all the cine goers!

Celina Jaitly in Money Hai Toh Honey Hai
Whenever life puts you in a tight spot or a fix,
Look at brighter side of life remembering the curvaceous Celina at 6!

For starters, Celina Jaitly is that special someone, looking at whom, not just the toughest of glaciers melt down, but also the hardest of the rocks crumble like a pack of cookies... all in her honour!

Even though MHTHH did not do wonders at the Box-Office, what surely grabbed our attention was her bikini act in the film.

Mallika Sherawat in Ugly Aur Pagli
She's someone whose mere smile will make you experience heaven,
Put your hands together for Mallika Sherawat who's at 7!

And here comes Madame M....Mallika Sherawat! Before the good news, let's tell you the sad news first. The news is that, even though the whole of 2008 saw many a top slot heroines and even wannabes in their 'bikini-cious' best, Madame M was sorely missed and how!

But, guys do not fret for she is THE Mallika Sherawat! So what if the beaches and swimming pools were over crowded, Madame M chose to not just write her own rules but also walk her own path!

For the deprived lot, relief came in the form of Sachin Khot's debut film Ugly Aur Pagli. Even though the film's shoot did not have a swimsuit to suit Madame's persona', she still left the audiences gasping for breath with her dressed to thrill and kill kind of dress!

Ameesha in Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic
We no longer can hold, we no longer can wait,
To see Thoda Water Poori Hotter babe Ameesha at 8!

She didn't just drop a bombshell by dropping her surname; she also dropped her inhibitions by sporting a swimsuit in the box-office disaster Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic.

Even though the film ducked at the box-office, Ameesha's performance in the film emerged unscathed and untouched by the critics' swords and words!

Sameer Reddy in Race
For us, a sea food lunch with this hottie will be just fine
Friends, presenting Sameera Reddy Race-ing her way at 9!

Here is one helluva' of a girl, who after having waited for long for someone to blow the whistle and shout 'Reddy steady go', did win the 'Race' early this year with her swim suit act opposite the 'Never say old' actor Anil Kapoor!

Even though the film went onto to be one of the early hits of the year 2008, Sameera still has to find her place under the Bollywood sun!

Hansika Motwani in Money Hai Toh Honey Hai
She takes to water the way ink takes to a pen
For she is none other than Bollywood's' Honey Hansika at 10!

This child actress-turned-heroine Hansika, who was one of the scene stealers in Koi Mil Gaya, was back in the news the whole of last year with her full-fledged heroine's role in Aap Ka Suroor, in which she was paired opposite Himesh Reshammiya, nonetheless!

This year, all that she did was to emerge out of the waters (literally) in the forgettable flick Money Hai Tho Honey Hai, in a swim suit, even though her swim in Bollywood this year did neither suit nor shoot the Box-Office collections!

Bollywood's hot couples that may never work together

/photo.cms?msid=3860905

Aishwarya Rai - Salman Khan

Actor Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai fell in love while shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam . The duo made a beautiful couple on-screen, but their parting of ways was bitter. With Aishwarya now having become the Bachchan bahu, it's going to take nothing less than a miracle to watch this hot jodi on screen again.

/photo.cms?msid=3860976

Vivek Oberoi - Aishwarya Rai

They were a hot couple who were seen together in Kyu... Ho Gaya Na . And love really happened to them while shooting for this flick. Actor Vivek Oberoi and Aishwarya Rai got together after Ash and Salman broke off. However, it was just a matter of time before Ash dumped Vivek and then got married to Abhsihek Bachchan. It's best for her not to trespass the Oberoi territory again... And this beauty with brains is smart enough to do just that.

/photo.cms?msid=3860931

Shah Rukh Khan - Aishwarya Rai

There were rumours of a romantic liaison between Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai. All this when Ash did the special item number Ishq Kameena in Shah Rukh's film. However, a more relevant reason as to why we don't see the two being paired together again is because of the Khan-Bachchan war. The two families are known not to get along too well, and they maintain just a cordial relationship when they meet each other at parties. Also, Aishwarya was to be the main lead in Shah Rukh Khan's Chalte Chalte, till Salman Khan came and misbehaved on the sets. Aishwarya was quickly replaced by Rani Mukherjee and not all has been good between SRK and Ash since then. The duo's most memorable film together however has been Devdas.

/photo.cms?msid=3860908

Salman Khan - Priyanka Chopra

Actors Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra were paired together in Salaam-E-Ishq . But it's when Salman approached her to do his Main Aur Mrs. Khanna that she mentioned 'date-problems' and refused to do the movie. This rubbed Salman Khan the wrong way. Though they say that all is well between them now, Salman Khan is not the type to forgive and forget so easily.

/photo.cms?msid=3860910

Hrithik Roshan - Kareena Kapoor

Actor Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor came together in the film Yaadein . Though they have done films together post Yaadein , films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham , Mujhse Dosti Karoge and Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon , the two seem to get together only in multi-starrers. Apparently link-ups between Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor had been doing the rounds, and talks have it that wife Suzanne Roshan is not too comfortable about Hrithik pairing up with Kareena even professionally.

/photo.cms?msid=3860955

Kareena Kapoor - Abhishek Bachchan

Actors Kareena Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan debuted together in Refugee . And though it was special for both of them during that time, fate took an unfortunate turn. Actor Abhishek later got engaged to Karisma Kapoor, and things didn't work out. The engagement was broken, and there was a rift between the Kapoor and Bachchan families so much so that Abhishek will not work with both, Karisma and Kareena. Sad but true!

/photo.cms?msid=3860911

Priyanka Chopra - Akshay Kumar

Actors Priyanka Chopra and Akshay Kumar made a lovely on-screen pair. The two sizzled in Aitraaz, and also starred in Waqt. It was during the making of Aitraaz that rumours of a link-up between Priyanka Chopra and Akshay Kumar did the rounds. That's when wife Twinkle Khanna Kumar had aitraaz with Akki and Piggy Chops doing a movie together again, although both of them mention that if a good script comes by, why not!

/photo.cms?msid=3860915

Akshay Kumar - Shilpa Shetty

Actors Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty had a rollicking affair, it was during the making of the super-hit blockbuster Dhadkan , we believe. But Akshay Kumar soon took a fancy to Twinkle Khanna. He married Twinkle, and Shilpa and Akshay haven't acted together ever since, though with both having moved on, there's probably a one percent chance that we'll see them on screen together again.

/photo.cms?msid=3860916

Abhishek Bachchan - Karisma Kapoor

Karisma Kapoor's sister Kareena Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan debuted together in Refugee . But Abhsihek and Karisma's broken engagement has marred the relationship between the Kapoor and Bachchan khandaans. Abhishek and Karisma were seen together in Haan... Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya Hai.

/photo.cms?msid=3860918

Mallika Sherawat - Emraan Hashmi

Actors Mallika Sherawat and Emraan Hashmi may have created magic with Murder, but the actors swore not to act together ever again, simply because they didn't get along. And 'murder' is what will happen if they come face-to-face. The two simply don't get along.

/photo.cms?msid=3860920

Rani Mukherjee - Abhishek Bachchan

Actor Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee have been paired often enough and with enough success. Their chemistry in th enough success. Their chemistry in Yuva was simply brilliant, and the two looked good together in Bunty Aur Babli as well. However, post Abhsihek's marriage to Aishwarya, there have been some hiccups in the Abhi-Rani on-screen romance. Though they shared brief screenspace in Laaga Chunari Mein Daag, the comfort level that used to be there between the two is no longer the same, and common friends say that it's doubtful that they'll work together again. Apparently Aishwarya and Rani are known not to get along... and therein lies the problem.

Mumbai Attacks: India on Edge

Some of the city's most prominent landmarks, the Taj hotel, the Trident-Oberoi hotel, and the CST station were targeted by terrorists. Only some months earlier, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Guwahati were left reeling after serial blasts hit the cities leaving scores dead and several injured.

Barack Obama Scripts History

Barack Obama won, but the real victor was America. The planet's best-loved and often-reviled nation upheld the noble ideals of its founding by electing a mixed-race African-American as its 44th president, redeeming itself in the eyes of the world and its own people. On November 4, 2008, Obama, son of a Kenyan, rode on the American hunger for change and an ongoing demographic makeover to win a stirring election against the all-American war hero John McCain.

Global Financial Crisis

The financial crisis of 2008 was uncompromising in its destruction of reputations and unsparing in its treatment of investors, many of whom were blown on the rocks by the forces that ripped through markets. The meltdown sent shock waves across the world, with economy after economy gasping for breath. India too felt the impact; people here felt the pain of plunging stock markets. Rise in the number of job cuts will also continue to haunt people in 2009.

Landmark Indo-Us Nuclear Deal

It was a deal that almost brought about the collapse of Manmohan Singh and the UPA government after the Left decided to withdraw support. A bilateral agreement on nuclear cooperation between the US and India was signed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and US President George W. Bush in 2008. The Indo-US civilian nuclear agreement will address the country's energy needs by enabling it to access civil nuclear cooperation from the US and other countries.

ssembly Elections 2008

Considered the semi-final to the 2009 General Elections, results in recent Assembly polls show Congress has an edge. The party can heave a sigh of relief that it has rediscovered its winning touch just ahead of the Lok Sabha polls. The party won Rajasthan from the BJP, survived Delhi to fetch a third consecutive term in office and also emerged victorious in Mizoram. The BJP, however, managed to retain Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Abhinav Bindra Wins Olympic Gold

2008 was truly a memorable year for Indian sport. Shooter Abhinav Bindra scripted history by winning India its first individual Olympic gold medal. Bindra totalled 700.5 points to win the men's 10m air rifle title on August 11. The gold wasn't, however, Abhinav's only achievement in Beijing. The Indian, who was out of action with a career-threatening spinal injury since 2006, actually proved that the country had the capability to produce champions in Olympic sports other than hockey.

Flood Wreak Havoc

Every once in a while, nature reminds humans that it is the boss. The Kosi river, which gathers water from some of the world's highest mountains, changed its course in 2008, going back to a course it had abandoned more than 300 years ago. Its fury struck Bihar with a vengeance leading to one of the worst floods in Indian history after a breach in its embankment in Nepal. Many lives were lost and the state witnessed one of the largest human evacuations in the world.

Chandrayaan: Moon Mission

India on Oct 22, 2008 rocketed into the big league of an exclusive lunar club with a precision launch of its moon mission, Chandrayaan-1. The majestic take-off and flight of the moon rocket was a magical moment that Indians, and in particular our space scientists, had been eagerly and anxiously waiting for. The moon mission marks a new chapter in the history of Indian space programme that takes a giant leap from 36,000 km of orbit around earth to 3,84,000 km away to orbit the moon.

Raj Thackeray vs North India

Raj Thackeray's rhetoric against people from North India started early 2008 and resulted in violence in different parts of Maharashtra through the year, even spreading to states like Bihar. Raj blamed north Indians in Maharashtra as the reason for a shortage of jobs for Maharashtrians. The MNS chief also attacked Amitabh Bachchan questioning his loyalty to Mumbai. The people of India must send a message to all politicians- Rise against regionalism and treat all as Indians.

http://www.gobollywood.com/pictures/Shilpa-Shetty-and-Raj-Kundra.jpg

Currently in London, Shilpa Shetty is enjoying the Christmas week. She is reveling in the Christmas presents that beau Raj has gifted her.

Shilpa says it's amazing to be in Santa land and see the spirit with which all caste and creed celebrate Christmas in London.

"I enjoy the trees beautifully lit up, hustle & bustle of last minute Christmas shopping, excitement & warmth on people's faces" says the actress.

"We decorated the Christmas tree and placing our little gifts for every member of the family & friends at Raj's beautiful country home… 25th December started with all of us opening our gifts (loved my gifts)… was so exciting…

Then Shamita and I took over the kitchen like there was no tomorrow. Marks & Spencers food store is a scary place to be in pre-Christmas!! People shop like there's no tomorrow and who says there is a credit crunch" she informs.

The actress also cooked dinner for her beau and family that night. Shilpa says she loves cooking but preparing feast for 15 people was backbreaking but worth all the same when showered with huge compliments which we thoroughly lapped up.

She goes on to add "Dinner was a lavish (healthy), exotic spread …. fruit punch, salmon & chicken appetizers with some dips, Golden Roasted stuffed Turkey, (it looked like a tandoori turkey by the time I was finished with it!!!!) Yorkshire pudding, Mozzarella Salad, Roasted Parsnips Organic vegetables, corn pulao, brussel sprouts with roasted chestnuts… and finally topped it with a two layered chocolate cake and apple crumble with ice cream and traditional mince pies with warm custard.

When asked how did Raj enjoy the cuisine that she spread for him Shilpa laughs and says "Raj nearly fainted with shock seeing the spread and I nearly collapsed with fatigue.

But Christmas comes once a year!!! Also the family sat around the dining table and we did remember 26/11 and prayed for the departed souls before thanksgiving."

From here Shilpa will be heading for Spain where she plans to spend the New Year and with beau Raj of course.

World's Most Intelligent Goldfish

A goldfish named Comet has been trained to play soccer, basketball, and even dance the limbo! He can also fetch and swim a slalom around tiny poles in his tank. Comet's owner, Dr. Dean Pomerleau used the technique of positive reinforcement by rewarding Comet with food.

Dr Pomerleau insisted there was nothing fishy about his claim, saying anyone can teach their pet to perform similar tricks.

"There is mounting evidence that fish are more intelligent than people give them credit for," the fish training expert said.

"With the correct tools and the basic promise of a food reward, fish can very quickly learn complex tricks - like the limbo, slalom or playing fetch.

"Now people in the market for a dog might want to consider a fish instead."
The two-year-old fish has been called the world's most intelligent goldfish

Alien-Looking Places on Earth

The Most Alien-Looking Places on Earth

The second would be closer to the truth for this island, which is part of a group of 4 islands, has been geographically isolated from mainland Africa for the last 6 or 7 million years. Like the Galapagos Islands, this island is teeming with 700 extremely rare species of flora and fauna, a full 1/3 of which are endemic, I.e. Found nowhere else on Earth.

The Most Alien-Looking Places on Earth

The climate is harsh, hot and dry, and yet - the most amazing plant life thrives there. Situated in the Indian Ocean 250 km from Somalia and 340 km from Yemen, the wide sandy beaches rise to limestone plateaus full of caves (some 7 kilometers in length) and mountains up to 1525 meters high.

The Most Alien-Looking Places on Earth

Was the famous Chtulhu myths creator aware of these forbidding mountains with their hauntingly weird flora (think of plant mutations from his "The Color out of Space") ? We almost tempted to call Socotra the other "Mountains of Madness" - the trees and plants of this island were preserved thru the long geological isolation, some varieties being 20 million years old...

Sexiest Backs of Bollywood!

Ok. So the question is “Who has the most attractive Back, in Bollywood?” Bombay is known for its bold tailors, who always knew what to flaunt and what not! Our librarian has come up with this unique collection, which he erroneously calls “the derriere special 2008”. The line-up is all about some great tailoring. It is also about some yummy (the right word, we guess!) skin tones

She made Size Zero the 'In'-thing in Bollywood, redefined her sex appeal and flaunted her hot bod in 'Tashan'. She was also a hit at Page 3 parties (with beau Saif hand-in-hand) with some classy designer wear. Together, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena earn the crown for the most stylish couple of Bollywood.

Voted the most searched name on the web in India, Katrina Kaif is currently the most successful actress in Bollywood. Kat shocked audiences with her sexy makeover in Abbas Mustan's 'Race'. She had steered clear of glam doll roles until now (forget ‘Boom’), opting for performance-based roles.

Deepika Padkuone played the ultra modern and confident Gayatri in 'Bachna Ae Haseeno'. She has already shot an item number in Shah Rukh Khan's 'Billo Barber'. In 'Chandni Chowk to China', Deepika will be seen as a femme fatale taking on the action king, Akshay Kumar.

Bipasha Basu was the toast of two of the biggest hits of 2008 - 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' and 'Race'. The sultry siren sizzled on screen and shared impeccable chemistry with her co-stars, Ranbir Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan.

'Fashion' and 'Dostana' redefined sexuality on Indian screen. Priyanka played a supermodel in 'Fashion' with a scary tinge of realism, and 'Dostana' saw her playing the ultra glam Desi gal opposite Abhishek and John Abraham. She also did a Desi Lara Croft act in 'Drona'.

Malaika Arora Khan is like wine, getting better and more clickable with each passing day. Considered as one of the sexiest of style icons, Malaika rarely ever commits a fashion faux pas. The camera just can't seem to stop loving her. This 'Yummy Mummy' is seen strutting her stuff and posing for the shutterbugs in this shimmering blue backless number.

This tall beauty stunned everyone with her drop-dead gorgeous looks in her very first film, 'Jannat'. The film hit the bull’s eye, and the model-turned-actress was suddenly seen at all the happening bashes across the city. Being a super model, Sonal surely knows how to carry herself well. This pin-striped backless dress does complete justice to her curvaceous body.

If elder sister Malaika is regarded as this ultimate style diva, younger sister Amrita is not far behind. Amu, as she is fondly called, is quite a showstopper at parties and red carpet premieres. Here, Amrita shows off her sexy back at the premiere of 'Hello'.

She may have started off her filmy career as the sweet girl-next door in films like 'Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche' and 'Na Tum Jaano Na Hum', but it was only post 'Dhoom' that people stood up and took notice of Esha Deol. Having been criticized for carrying some extra flab, Esha hit the gym with a vengeance and looked smokin' hot as she donned the bikini in 'Dhoom'. Since then, Esha has been known as the pretty girl with a wild streak. Not surprising that she has got herself inked with not just one but two tattoos on her sexy back.

Amrita Rao has always been known for her sweet and simple image which she has portrayed so effectively in films like 'Ishq Vishk', 'Vivah' and 'Shikhar'. However, all those of you wondering if she can pull off the Sexy Tag, need to check out this pic where Amrita poses for the shutterbugs in this purple cocktail dress which gives us more than a sneak peek of her oh-so-sexy back.

Lost Cities of The World

Lost Cities of the World

The breathtaking city of Petra was a vibrant trading hub that vanished from most maps in the seventh century A.D. It lay beneath a thousand years of dust and debris when, in 1812, a Swiss scholar disguised as a Bedouin trader identified the ruins as the ancient Nabataean capital.

Spread throughout a series of remote desert canyons in southern Jordan, Petra arose more than 2,000 years ago at the crossroads of key caravan trade routes between Arabia, Syria, Palestine, and Egypt. The Nabataeans carved most of the sprawling city's buildings, including temples, tombs, and theaters, directly into the region's towering red sandstone cliffs. Here, a Bedouin walks his camel past Petra's most famous building, Al Khazneh, or the Treasury

Lost Cities of the World

Lost Cities of the World

The earliest Maya began to settle the dense rain forests of southwestern Mexico and Guatemala some 3,000 years ago. For nearly 1,400 years, settlements arose throughout the region, with some, like Tikal and Palenque (shown here), expanding into large, vibrant city-states.

Although the archaeological discovery of Machu Picchu came nearly a hundred years ago, historians are still unsure of the function of this ancient Inca citadel.

The Inca had no system of writing and left no written records, and archaeologists have been left to piece together bits of evidence as to why Machu Picchu was built, what purpose it served, and why it was so quickly vacated.

Lost Cities of the World

Myth, folklore, mystery, and intrigue surround the ancient city of Troy like no other ruin on Earth. Once thought to be purely imaginary, a prop in Homer's epic poem The Iliad, excavations in northwestern Turkey in 1871 eventually proved that the city indeed existed.

In 1871, German adventurer Heinrich Schliemann began digging at Hisarlik, Turkey, (shown here) in search of the fabled city. His roughshod excavation wrought havoc on the site, but revealed nine ancient cities, each built on top of the next and dating back some 5,000 years. At the time, most archaeologists were skeptical that Troy was among the ruins, but evidence since the discovery suggests the Trojan capital indeed lies within the site.

Lost Cities of the World

The Indus Valley civilization was entirely unknown until 1921, when excavations in what would become Pakistan revealed the cities of Harappa and Mohenjo Daro (shown here).

This mysterious culture emerged nearly 4,500 years ago and thrived for a thousand years, profiting from the highly fertile lands of the Indus River floodplain and trade with the civilizations of nearby Mesopotamia.

Lost Cities of the World

There is evidence that the ancient city of Palmyra, also known as Tadmor, was in existence as far back as the 19th century B.C. Its importance grew around 300 B.C. as trading caravans began using it as a way station between Mesopotamia and Persia. Palmyra's strategic location and prosperity attracted the interest of the Romans, who took control of the city in the first century A.D.

Lost Cities of the World

The city of Tanis is relatively unknown among Egypt's wealth of historical sites, though it yielded one of the greatest archeological troves ever found. Once the capital of all Egypt, Tanis's royal tombs have yielded artifacts on par with the treasures of Tutankhamun.

Lost Cities of the World

Once thought (erroneously) to be a city of the biblical Queen of Sheba, Great Zimbabwe stands as the most important archaeological site yet found in sub-Saharan Africa. Though historians are still seeking answers about the origin and purpose of the city, evidence suggests the Shona, ancestors of the modern Bantu, built it beginning around A.D. 1250 and that it served as a spiritual center.

Lost Cities of the World

Nimrud in northern Iraq was once the capital of the Assyrian empire. Feared as bloodthirsty and vicious, the Assyrians arose around the 14th century B.C. and dominated the Middle East for a thousand years.

Nimrud and the Assyrian Empire declined rapidly around 612 B.C., after Nimrud's sister city, Nineveh, fell to the Babylonians.

Lost Cities of the World

The ancient city of Persepolis in modern-day Iran was one of four capitals of the sprawling Persian Empire. Built beginning around 520 B.C., the city was a showcase for the empire's staggering wealth, with grand architecture, extravagant works of silver and gold, and extensive relief sculptures such as this one portraying envoys with offerings for the king.

The height of Persian rule lasted from about 550 B.C. until 330 B.C., when Alexander the Great overthrew the ruling Archaemenid dynasty and burned Persepolis to the ground.

Lost Cities of the World

Over centuries of study, archaeologists have discovered many truths about the famed Stonehenge monument in southern England. But despite these advances, the basic questions of who built this iconic structure and why have remained unanswered.

Lost Cities of the World

More than 600 cliff dwellings made by the ancestral Pueblo people, also known as the Anasazi, are scattered throughout Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado (shown here).

The Anasazi arrived in the region as early as A.D. 550, building their homes and cultivating crops on the soaring mesa tops. Around 1150, though, they began to move their dwellings to the alcoves within the canyon walls. Most houses were quite small, but a few reached enormous proportions, housing up 250 people.

The mountainous area of northern Mozambique in southern Africa had been overlooked by science due to inhospitable terrain and decades of civil war in the country

However, while scrolling around on Google Earth, scientists discovered an unexpected patch of green

A British-led expedition was sent to see what was on the ground and found 7,000 hectares of forest, rich in biodiversity, known as Mount Mabu

In just three weeks, scientists led by a team from the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew found hundreds of different plant species, birds, butterflies, monkeys and a new species of giant snake

Terrorists Sexually Humiliated Guests Before Killing Them

Foreign nationals at the Taj were particular targets of barbaric terrorists who first forced some of the guests to strip, then killed them.

Disturbing photographs made available to this newspapers by police sources indicate that several of the guests at the Taj Mahal Hotel during the siege November 26 were sexually humiliated by the terrorists and then shot dead.

Police sources confirm that even as the terrorists were engaged in a fierce combat with NSG commandos, they were humiliating their hostages before ending their terrifying ordeal.

Foreign guests were their particular target. Eight of the 31 killed at the Taj were foreign nationals.

Photographs taken by a police forensic team after the hotel was sanitised yield a gruesome picture of some of the guests in the nude.

These bodies were found away from the hotel's swimming pool which makes it clear that they were not those guests who were taken hostage from the poolside.

"Even the Rabbi and his wife at Nariman House were sexually assaulted and their genitalia mutilated," said a senior officer of the investigating team, not wishing to be quoted.

“We have CCTV footage which reveals how these terrorists forced some of the guests who were holed up in restuarants to strip, but there is not evidence of rape,” he added.

These pictures, most of which we have refrained from printing, are in the records of the police and are now part of the investigation.

Top 10 Best and Worst Christmas TV Specials

Santa Claus Is Coming to Town
1970
A special built around a beloved Christmas song (written by J. Fed Coots and Haven Gillespie and first performed on the Eddie Cantor show), this stop-motion show starred Fred Astaire as the narrator and Mickey Rooney as Kris Kringle/Santa Claus. It’s been a favorite for three decades.

Frosty the Snowman
1969
Ah, Frosty. What a hokey special designed around a silly-but-great Christmas song. Yet, this lovable special actually works and has become a perennial favorite. At the very least, kids of future generations will be introduced to the great Jimmy “the schnoz” Durante thanks to this special.

Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer
1964

Bumbles bounce! Did you know that? I didn’t—At least not until I first saw this terrific special, which has aired every year (several times, in fact) since 1964, making it the longest-running Christmas special. It’s based on the 1939 song written by Johnny Marks (Gene Autry turned it into a monster hit). Best parts: Burl Ives singing “Have a Holly, Jolly Christmas,” and the Bumble attacks our heroes at the edge of the ocean. (Hey, when I was 7, that was scary stuff!)

How The Grinch Stole Christmas
1966

I almost made this number one. The great horror icon Boris “Frankenstein” Karloff provided fitting narrative and the voice of the Grinch. Quite possibly the most memorable song from any animated special—or series or film—is the great ditty “You’re a mean one, Mr. Grinch.” Best line: “The three words that describe you best are as follows and I quote: Stink. Stank. Stunk!”

Charlie Brown Christmas
1965

It’s the granddaddy of all Christmas specials. You have to read the Wikipedia article to get a full understanding of the quirks and low production values that make this special so great. Selections from Vince Guaraldi’s brilliant soundtrack are features of Christmas music every year. And yes, the pinnacle is Linus reciting Luke chapter 2 as being the real meaning of Christmas.

The Worst Christmas TV Specials:

I Want a Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown
2004

Merry Chri$$$tmas, Charlie Brown. This excuse for a Peanuts special is quite a long way from its magnificent predecessor. Its crass commercialism contrasts sharply—and drearily—with the original’s quest for the true meaning of Christmas.

Christmas Comes to Pac-Land
between 1982 and 1984

Ah…um…yeah. Pac-Man and Christmas. This schlock-fest show was part of the annoying Hollywood trend of “it’s a successful video game/movie/song/catchphrase; so, let’s make a whole series around it!” Some worked (see the Best of list) but most didn’t—and still don’t.

Pee-Wee’s Playhouse Christmas Special
1988

Never mind the sordid off-camera antics of Paul “Pee-Wee” Rubens; this special has enough problems. Amid the guest-star turns of Whoopi Goldberg, The Oprah, Joan Rivers, Zsa-Zsa Gabor and Charo, Pee-Wee has to contend with the problem of his “mounting fruitcake collection” and Santa demanding that he shorten his wish list! Oh, how terrible.

He-Man and She-Ra: A Christmas Special
1985
You have got to be kidding. The king and queen of 1980s’ 30-minute toy commercials, He-Man and She-Ra saved Christmas from the evil forces of Skeletor and Hordak. (Man, I can’t even write that without losing IQ points.) Says Prince Adam at the end: “Though we celebrate it and get presents, Christmas is about caring, sharing and goodwill and its spirit is within all of us.” Translation: this hour-long special was designed to make you feel good about asking your parents to buy you more Masters of the Universe toys!

The Star Wars Holiday Special
1978
Jefferson Starship! Diahann Carroll! Art Carney! Harvey Korman! Bea Arthur! Don’t those names just scream “Star Wars”?? No? You’re right. Darth Lucas HATES this thing so much he never wants it released. But it is an absolute must-see—and not just for the first introduction of Boba Fett (nerd alert) but to see a what looks like an inebriated Carrie Fisher singing one of the most gag-inducing pieces of schlock ever made.

Unexpected Bollywood Disasters of 2008

Year 2008 was full of surprises for Bollywood. While on one hand we saw 'Singhs' turning the 'Kings' of Bollywood than on the other hand many couldn't live upto to the 'Tashan' they created before their release.

It still stands shocking to digest that the biggies which were expected to be among the top grossers of the year unfortunately met the ill fate. The amount of positive reports they carried pre–release sank without a trace once they hit the screens. Some of these movies listed, though might earn prestigious awards in days to come, but at the box office they couldn't hold firmly.

So without further ado, let's pay our last homage to the unexpected disasters of 2008 with heavy hearts.

TASHAN: This was Bollywood's first unexpected shock of the year. Despite being a YRF movie, presence of stellar cast Saif–Kareena–Akshay–Anil, thunderous music, etc, the movie was one big size zero, nothing in the movie impressed. Everyone in the movie looked like having an attitude problem and Anil Kapoor was difficult to understand.

LOVE STORY 2050: While we were just recovering with TASHAN's poor fate little did we know that there is another such shock waiting with its arms spread for us. With its unique theme– futuristic lovestory, Priyanka–Harman's pairing, Harry Baweja's backing, Harmans looks & dancing style matching up with that of Hrithik's, etc many of us expected the movie would be among the superhits.

In fact quite of us considered that this would prove a perfect launch pad for Harman Baweja. But alas! The movie went down to pits.

DRONA: Even before it could start its publicity, this Abhishek Bachachan–Priyanka Chopra–Kay Kay Menon–Jaya Bachchan starrer was being touted as the next big thing of 2008. The way this Goldie Behl directed film was projected most of us thought after Hrithik, Abhishek would become a popular Indian superhero among kids.

But unfortunately this aspiring superhero couldn't prove his mettle. With Abhishek Bachchan looking like a junior artiste, this superzero film made everyone rush out of the cinema.

KIDNAP: Imraan Khan's newly earned stardom with JAANE TU...YA JAANE NA's immense success and Sanjay Gadhvi's blockbuster DHOOM series left us under the impression that this Sanjay Dutt–Imraan Khan–Minissha Lamba starrer will once again create 'Dhoom' across nation. But somehow the movie lost focus on the story and trained its lens only on Minissha's cleavage. What about the story? Forget it, the audience was held at ransom.

KARZZZZ: After Himesh Reshammiya's successful acting debut AAP KAA SURROOR..., industry started thinking that even acting is Himesh's cup of tea so much so that the makers of the film could not think otherwise. Surprisingly this time even Himesh's music could not pull much of the aam janta to the theatres.

YUVVRAAJ: Starring one of the most popular pair off screen Salman & Katrina, this Subhash Ghai directed film couldn't live upto its expectations it created. He was so much indulged in making this movie and the hype was so high – that some even started calling it as Showman Subhash Ghai's best works till date.

Even A R Rahman's soulful music, presence of industry's lucky mascot Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor being the part of the film couldn't save this dramatically slow pace movie and as you know the results this 'Yuvvraaj' couldn't save his film from sinking.

Aamir khan as a Barber

Aamir’s a perfectionist, and this is something that you would have had many of his co-stars and directors say over and over again.

But he proved why they say that when he came and did his nai act in Delhi. Here’s what ‘Aamir the barber’ did…

Four year old Kaavya, daughter of Puneet was the toast of the crowd, as Aamir asked her, “Beta, do you want a Ghajini hair cut?” and she nodded her head, “Yes,” “Soch lo fir,” said Aamir, but Kaavya had done that already and kept on nodding. Aamir then asked the crowd, “She is looking so pretty, guys do you want me to give her the Ghajini look?” and the crowd was not for it, Aamir kissed the pretty kid and went on to Shivek, a student of Modern School, “I have no problem giving you the hair cut, but will your parents and teachers approve it?” asked Aamir and smiled. Shivek said, “My brother is there in the audience, he has approved,” Aamir added, “Beta tum dono toh pitoge, meri bhi pitai karwaoge!” Aamir surprised everyone by asking Shivek’s brother to call his dad, and then, spoke to him.

The crowd wanted more of Aamir, and were screaming for him to take off his shirt. But Aamir just teased them a bit by pulling off his tee a bit and then asked, “Yaar jara Behka gaana chalao,” and as the song was played, Aamir sang along and asked Shamsher, another boy who got the Ghajini look to dance along with him. Aamir left everyone floored with his dance moves.

10 HOTTEST MOMENTS IN JESSICA ALBA HISTORY

For Jessica Alba, getting through daily life must really be a daily struggle. How she manages to wake up every morning, see herself naked in the mirror and mange to leave the house or get anything done is beyond me. If I was Jessica Alba I would put one of those ceiling mirrors over my bed, never wear any clothes and ... well, touch myself all day long. I'd occasionally stop to eat spaghetti and watch Sportscenter, but that's about it.

World’s Most Beautiful Roads

Blue Ridge Parkway, USA

469 miles of sheer scenic beauty dedicated to give drivers from across the world some of the most enthralling sites, the Blue Ridge Parkway, located through North Carolina and Virginia is one of the best roadways in the world when it comes to natural splendor. The longest and narrowest national park in the world, the road passes through a major mountain chain that is part of the Appalachian Mountains. Designed specifically to give the drivers an unmatched view of nature, there is no other road in the world that is custom crafted for delight of the rider like the Blue Ridge Highway!

Ice Ring Road, Iceland

If going across an entire panorama of nature’s splendor is your idea of a great drive, then the place to visit would be Iceland’s famous Ice Ring Road. This amazing 830-mile road that goes all the way across Iceland will give you a complete look at all the natural variations and various landforms the country has to offer. Deserts, glaciers, geysers, valleys, mountains, ocean and flowery farms- you name it and the long road has it right next to it. If you are brave enough to face the occasionally unruly elements, then this is the ultimate driving experience with beauty that is unparalleled.

The Amalfi Coast Road, Italy

The Amalfi coast road that stretches from Sorrento to Amalfi village is considered by many as undoubtedly the most beautiful road in entire Europe. The visually enchanting drives take you through sea-hugging cliffs and serene valleys with plenty of beautiful villages on the way. For the less adventurous, there is also an alternate route that does not run so close to the sea from the edge of the cliffs. Still very safe and exciting, the Amalfi coast road is a journey that will leave you with a lifetime of memories.

Columbia Gorge Historic Highway 30, USA

If you wish to travel on a road that offers you a view that puts postcards to shame and brings Hollywood to reality, then the Columbia Gorge Historic Highway 30 that runs parallel to the river is the trip that you want to take your car out on. The view over some of the bridges and the canopy on both sides of the road transcends you into nature’s most beautiful spots. The arch above the road with trees and even the waterfalls along its way make it probably the most romantic road trip on the planet.

Furka Pass Road, Switzerland

Natural Passes offer some of the most beautiful roads to drive on and while we might have added the Khyber Pass to this list, the hassles that surrounds it in today’s world make it a more arduous ride than a pleasant one. Located at an altitude of 2436, the Furka Pass, between Gletsch and Andermatt, in Switzerland, offers some of the world’s most beautiful mountain roads that zigzag their way into valleys and small villages. Bringing out the beauty of Swiss Alps to the fore, this road is definitely the best way to admire the majesty of the Alps along with its timeless beauty while enjoying the flowing curves!

Atlantic Road, Norway

The fact that the Atlantic Road of Norway was voted as the Norwegian Construction of the Century in 2005 pretty much says it all about this wonderful integration of modern technology with nature’s magnificence. The road is akin to man’s stroke of brush on nature’s canvas and the view and the ride it offers is both unique and enthralling. The wonderful ride moves along a scenic five-mile stretch along highway Rv64 between Molde and Kristiansund. Best time for a ride: when a storm mild hits the ocean! Ironically, that is when the ocean under the road is at its dramatic best.

The Picos de Europa, Spain

The classic look and the ‘postcard perfect’ look of the drive that Picos de Europa offers makes it another ‘must drive’ road in Europe. The wonderfully intertwined sections of roads offers around eight hours of great drive and one can find this journey go through calm and lush green valleys with abundant natural life that is untouched by modern frenzy. The ride gives you a rare and relaxing feeling with every inch of the drive proving to be an almost rejuvenating experience.

Three Capes Scenic Route, Oregon Coast, USA

The Three Capes scenic drive comes off as a delight for everyone who loves the ocean and is close enough to take a drive on the Oregon Coastline. A trip into the ocean (almost) is guaranteed with the drive and the 40 mile drive to Cape Kiwanda acts as an extra incentive. The lush green forests on one side and the mighty blue ocean on the other make this trip the perfect blend of both worlds.

Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 1), USA

Considered by many who love their wheels as a drive that is a ‘must’ for every true motorhead, the Highway 1 drive on the Pacific Coast is simple a journey into the most beautiful stretch of road in USA that is a rare mixture of the big cities with natural beauty. Apart from the ocean, valleys and scenic beauty, one can run trough the heart of the West Coast from San Francisco to Los Angeles. A perfect holiday trip for every family, come Christmas!

Eyre highway, Australia

How can we have a list of the most beautiful road trips on the planet without going to the Island-Continent-Country which offers the most unique and exotic natural panorama along its roadside? The Eyre Highway stretching from Southern Australia to Western Australia is the perfect way to explore the Australian Outback on your vehicle along with enjoying a wide variety of sights and sounds. The trip might not be beautiful in the ‘Romantic English’ way, but it has a rugged beauty of its own.

Jessica Gaude

She eats 10,000 calories each day in Coca-Colas, 15 hamburgers with fries and several kilograms of chocolate. What she eats in one day some children eat in half a year. Her breakfast consists of white bread, potato chips and two litres of coke. And she wants more.

When she last visited the doctor four years ago she had 110 kilograms. Unfortunately, she can no longer run and instead of walking she drags herself on the floor. Under such bodily weight her bones have already become distorted.

Mother Carolyn gives her daughter whatever the child wants. In the first week after she was born, when the baby cried because of stomach pains, the mother calmed her by feeding her with a bottle because she thought the child was hungry. “I gave her the bottle and she wanted more and more. It was not enough for her and she was constantly hungry”, Jessica’s mother says.....

It's Okay, I'm Attractive

No need to worry, I'm here now.

I realize you may have had some concerns before as to whether I should be given my way, but please, let me set your mind at ease about all that: I'm attractive. Matter resolved. And furthermore, as you can all clearly see, I'm very pretty and have appealing features, so everything is going to be all right.

Anne Macais

Don't fret. My physical appearance is beautiful to look at.

No prob—I'm hot. It's natural to question why I should be promoted, admitted to the club, given that expensive necklace, allowed to use your car whenever I want, and able to expect that someone else will always pick up the check, but that's all settled now because I'm beautiful. And since I am advantaged, physically, there's no reason I shouldn't be given free rein to do what I will in this, or any other, situation. I'm sexy. That ought to take care of any adversity, trouble, or potential slight inconvenience, to me, that might come up.

Just wanted to clear that up so we can move along and get on with the me-admiring while I go about doing whatever I want. I am attractive. You are attracted to me because of this attractiveness.

My face is symmetrical. Therefore, the situation is completely resolved. My voice is melodious and, when not utterly aloof, slightly flirtatious. My posture, walk, and way of slowly shifting my weight from one hip to the other while twirling my hair absentmindedly as I gaze off into an untroubled haze are all compelling as hell to ruminate upon, in silent contemplation, while the rest of the world pauses. I even smell great. You're in for a rare treat, sensory-input-wise, being around me.

Go ahead. Soak it in. Feast your eyes. This is one of those moments. For you. So you see, we have no cause for distress anymore, in terms of whatever that may have been that was temporarily impeding the immediate gratification of my every wish.

I have shiny hair, so I'll handle this. My skin is flawless and free of blemish—save for one alluring birthmark seductively situated below my honey-dappled hip. Every part of my being is so alluring and attractive that it would be unfair to ask you to choose what you like the best. Well, no matter. You'll never suffer the hardship of having to pick a favorite from among my perfect features, because soon I will vanish—like a gossamer strand of spider-silk whisked away in the whispering wind—with no obligation to you or anyone like you.

Allow me.

And you will, in all likelihood, never speak to me again. Because, come on, what are the chances? But in the meantime, I am here, see? And you are looking at me. It's nice. Nice. Nice.

There, there. I'm gorgeous.

It seemed like there was some sort of problem? A moment ago? I'm sure everything is okay now and all issues have been resolved in my favor. I have a perfect set of gleaming white teeth, behind full, ruby-red, kissable lips that you will never kiss. My bone structure is genetically hardwired to be pleasing to the eye. My giggle is adorable! Everything's taken care of, okay? Because I'm pretty.

See? All better now. All is well. All is as it should be, thanks to my being incredibly good-looking. My legs look good. My eyes look good. My neck—let's not even go into my amazing, statuesque neck, which no one can help wanting to wrap their arms around and nuzzle their face into because of its inherently attractive nature. All of me looks good. And you—lucky, lucky you—get to bask in it, for a second or two, so its all good. We're good. We're cool, you and I.

There exists, in this zone of physical space surrounding my physical person, a state of grace suspending all potential impediments to my satisfaction in a low, murmuring sea of preference that flows from you toward me, because of my ageless and elegant beauty. So there is no tension or anxiety—not here anyway, at least not until I leave, which I inevitably will—and in the meantime you can savor my temporary sojourn amongst you.

Behold! My radiance is gently glowing like the soft light of the moon, drawing awe and admiration from everything it casts its light on. I'm paying attention to you. Yes, to little, less-attractive you. Doesn't that feel good, knowing that I am not only in the same room as you, but that I'm also acknowledging your existence momentarily? I'll bet it feels great. After all, this sort of thing doesn't happen to you every day. So what say we settle the pesky little matter of you not bowing to my every whim?
